These terms apply to purchases made through our online shop. By placing an order you accept them.
All prices are shown in DKK and include VAT. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider (see “How payments work” below).
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are refunded or replaced at no cost - contact us at review@usebaros.com and we’ll put it right. If an event is cancelled, ticket holders are refunded in full to the original payment method. Where a right of withdrawal applies (see above), approved returns are refunded within 14 days of us receiving the goods.
Contact us at review@usebaros.com. If we can’t resolve it, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your full card details are entered on Stripe’s secure page and are never stored by us.
This shop runs on BarOS, which processes order and customer data on behalf of BarOS Demo (App Review) as a data processor under a data-processing agreement. Stripe processes payment data as an independent controller for the transaction.
We use only the essential cookies needed for your cart and session. We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
