These terms apply to purchases made through our online shop. By placing an order you accept them.
All prices are shown in DKK and include VAT. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider (see “How payments work” below).
For physical goods you have not yet collected, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. Contact us at craftbeer@stofanet.dk to withdraw.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are refunded or replaced at no cost - contact us at craftbeer@stofanet.dk and we’ll put it right. If an event is cancelled, ticket holders are refunded in full to the original payment method. Where a right of withdrawal applies (see above), approved returns are refunded within 14 days of us receiving the goods.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your full card details are entered on Stripe’s secure page and are never stored by us.
This shop runs on BarOS, which processes order and customer data on behalf of Basement Beer Bar as a data processor under a data-processing agreement. Stripe processes payment data as an independent controller for the transaction.
We use only the essential cookies needed for your cart and session. We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
