Which payment terminals are supported?
Flatpay and SumUp are natively integrated on all plans. Payments are confirmed automatically — no manual entry.
How does line cleaning tracking work?
Each tap has a last-cleaned date. Staff log a cleaning from the dashboard or directly from the POS closed screen. Lines overdue for cleaning are flagged automatically.
Can I track keg costs and profitability?
Yes. Every keg is tracked from invoice cost through to revenue. You get utilisation percentages, revenue per keg, and margin data. Available on Bar and Pro plans.
Can I try before committing?
The Starter plan is free with no time limit. Bar and Pro plans include a free trial — no credit card required to start.
What hardware do I need?
BarOS runs on any Android tablet or browser. For receipt printing and cash drawer control, BarOS works with Star mPOP via the RawBT Android app. Flatpay and SumUp terminals connect over the network.
