Platform · Webshop & tickets
A themed shop on your own domain for tickets, bottles to collect and gift cards, with QR tickets you scan at the door.
Sell tickets, bottles and gift cards, and work the door on the night, on the same stock and POS as the bar.
Six themes and two layouts: a shop by category, or events by date. Add photos, your logo, banner and accent colour, on your own domain.
Ticket tiers, Early bird, Standard and VIP, each with a cap and sale window. Link a bottle to bar stock and it sells out online when the bar runs dry.
Each paid ticket arrives as a QR, with a PDF and an add-to-calendar link. Email it to a friend and their fresh code replaces yours.
Scan the QR with a phone camera, or type the code. Scope the door to one event and see a running count, with used, transferred or refunded tickets flagged.
Mark an item age-restricted and the checkout requires a check. With MitID verification on the server validates the token, otherwise the buyer confirms 18+ themselves.
Turn on takeaway and the basket asks for a pickup time, no sooner than your prep lead. Paying prints a kitchen ticket, and you can pause new orders.
One system
Into your own account. Online orders are paid through your own Stripe, or Flatpay online via Frisbii, using keys you add in Settings. This is separate from the card terminals in the room and from any BarOS payment offer, BarOS never holds the funds. MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay show up at checkout once you enable them in that account.
No. The storefront is an ordinary web page, and a ticket arrives by email as a QR with a PDF attached. There is a page to look up a lost order by its reference, or to have every order for an email address resent.
Camera scanning uses the browser's built-in barcode reader, which today means Chrome on Android. On a phone without it, an iPhone included, the door screen still works: type or paste the code to check the guest in. Either way you see a running count and a clear result for used, wrong-event, transferred or refunded tickets.
Mark an item age-restricted and the checkout requires a check before the order is taken. With MitID verification configured, the buyer verifies through MitID and the server validates the signed token. Without it, the buyer confirms they are 18 or older themselves, and ID may be checked on collection.
No. Online ordering is pickup and takeaway only: the guest chooses a requested pickup time and collects at the bar. There is no order-and-pay from the table through the storefront. For service in the room, that is the point of sale and the floor.
The sold-out item shows a notify-me form. A guest leaves an email and is messaged if a spot opens up. It is not a reservation and it holds nothing, and the note on screen says exactly that.
