Free terminal, free software, and every card sale reconciled into your books. The free POS systems charge 1,29% for less.
A card sale should not need a second box, a second total, and a hand-typed reconciliation at close. In BarOS the reader is part of the sale.
Take the card on the same screen you rang the order on. SumUp and Flatpay readers pair to a register too, if you already have one.
BarOS matches the receipt to the open bill and records the scheme, last four digits and auth code against it.
If a reader's confirmation never arrives, BarOS asks the provider and records the sale once. Asking twice cannot double-count it.
A free terminal, free software and 0,99% per card sale, against a common 1,29%. Non-EU and commercial cards carry a surcharge, as they do everywhere.
Card payments online, for your webshop and tickets, settle through your own Stripe account, which is separate from the in-venue terminals on the counter. In-venue card sales and online sales are two different rails, and BarOS keeps them straight.
One system
SumUp and Flatpay. A SumUp Solo reader or a Flatpay terminal pairs to a register, and card sales are taken from the same screen as the order and reconcile straight into your sales. Both are integrated and in use in venues today.
A free terminal, free software and 0,99% per card sale. Sign up and we set you up: card onboarding needs your business details checked, the same as any acquirer.
BarOS Pay's published rate is 0.99%, against a common market free plan at 1.29%. Non-EU cards and commercial cards carry a surcharge, the same as they do everywhere. That rate applies to BarOS Pay once it is live, not to your current SumUp or Flatpay agreement, which keeps its own pricing.
BarOS does not rely on the reader's confirmation message alone. If that message never arrives, it asks the provider directly what happened to the payment and records the sale once it confirms the card was charged. The check is safe to run more than once, so a late confirmation and a follow-up cannot record the same sale twice.
Online card payments, for your webshop and tickets, settle through your own Stripe account. That is a separate rail from the in-venue SumUp and Flatpay terminals on the counter. Both in-venue and online sales still land in the same reporting so you see one picture of the day.
0,99% per card sale, a free terminal, and the whole platform with it.
0,99% on cards, no monthly fee and no binding. Or 500 kr a month for software only.
