One system
No. Membership is free to join and there is no app and no password. Each member gets a card that lives at its own link, with a QR code and their member number. They keep it on their phone and show it at the bar, where staff look them up by the number or scan the code.
They are two separate balances. The wallet is prepaid credit a member tops up and then spends at the bar. Points collect on member purchases at your chosen rate, multiplied by their tier, and a member redeems those points into wallet credit. A cash top-up is booked into the fiscal journal, so the drawer still balances at close.
Yes. You build tiers, free or paid by the month or year, and each tier carries its own discount percentage and points multiplier. When a member is on a sale, their tier discount comes off the tab automatically. A member with no tier simply gets no discount.
A member tab lets a trusted member drink now and settle later, up to an account limit you set. The bar extends the credit itself, interest free and with no fee and no third party in between, which is what keeps it a simple bar tab. A member can settle from their own phone or pay at the bar.
Yes. A gift card bought in the webshop is the same card, on the same table, with the same two-year expiry as one issued at the POS, and it redeems at either. You can redeem it in parts, look up the remaining balance and its full redemption history, or cancel a card entirely.
